About the Role

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Active, current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with nursing staff and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to design and deliver educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Experience in nursing education or a related field, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
