We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic Lead to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and troubleshoot complex mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical problems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Design, fabricate, and install hangers and piping systems, including hot and cold water systems, to meet the needs of our facilities.
- Wire complex control circuits to ensure safe and efficient operation of our equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs, and develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field, with a strong background in mechanical systems and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
