Job Overview

Position: Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Technical Consultant

Location: Columbus IN (3 days onsite)

Job Type: Contract/Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience as a Technical Consultant in Oracle HCM.
  • Demonstrated expertise in integration processes.
  • Proficient in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical aspects.
  • Expertise in HCM Extracts is essential.
  • Familiarity with EBS HRMS is considered advantageous.
  • Strong skills in outbound integrations.
  • Knowledge of BI Reports and HDL is required.
Required Skills:
  • Ability to gather requirements and align them with the Cloud product.
  • Experience as a technical or techno-functional resource in comprehensive implementation projects.
  • Solid proficiency in SQL and a thorough understanding of HCM tables.
  • Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, and Rest API.
  • Expertise in RTF, Excel, and E-Text Templates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in developing Technical design documentation and SIT/UAT Test scripts.
  • Support experience in user acceptance testing and post-implementation activities.
