Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Highpoint Health Sumner. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position on our Post Surgical/Ortho Unit, where you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a current State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma in Nursing. Additionally, you must possess BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) and be willing to obtain ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of employment.
