Job Responsibilities:
As a Practical Nursing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing care to residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care Unit. Your duties will include:
- Administering medications, including IVs.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs.
- Delivering resident care and treatments while assessing outcomes.
- Educating residents and their families.
- Communicating effectively with physicians, Nurse Practitioners, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Qualifications:
- Current Tennessee License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Availability for Night Shift
