As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective management of merchandise, inventory, expenses, and human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a guest-friendly environment, ensuring each customer receives outstanding service.
  • Analyze and measure business trends, developing and implementing plans to enhance sales and meet or exceed goals and targets.
  • Control shrink, expenses, and payroll, ensuring appropriate merchandise stock levels, adjacencies, and presentations.
  • Review department/store trends, recommending and initiating changes to maximize goals and targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings, store walk-throughs, and audits.
  • Continually evaluate and react to performance issues, regularly recruiting management candidates.
  • Train and develop store management in all aspects of the business, directing and monitoring training and development for all store personnel.

Requirements:

  • One year of uBreakiFix store management experience.
  • Certified to complete repairs by Google, Samsung, and Asurion.
  • Willing to undergo and pass a background check, including a criminal and drug test.
  • Two years of previous retail experience is desired, one year of previous management experience is preferred.
