Overview

Oklahoma Heart Hospital is a leading provider of heart care in the state, and we're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Coronary Care Unit. As a member of our nursing team, you'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with physicians and other caregivers to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Accepting new graduates and experienced Registered Nurses, our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
  • As a Registered Nurse in our Progressive Coronary Care Unit, you'll be responsible for administering and monitoring patients on cardiac medications, titratable vasoactive infusions, and EKG rhythms.
  • You'll also be responsible for caring for patients with arterial and venous access sheaths, as well as invasive drains, while observing the cardiovascular system, neurovascular, and pulmonary status.
  • Our nursing pods allow for a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, ensuring that you have the time and resources to provide the highest quality care to your patients.
Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing program.
  • Licensure/Certification: Registered Nurse with current Oklahoma licensure, current BLS certification, and ACLS certification within 18 months of hire.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of continuous experience in telemetry or related cardiac clinical setting preferred.
