Position Overview:

Our Servers play a vital role in our team, essential for delivering authentic hospitality. They are dynamic, eager to advance in the hospitality sector, and genuinely care about their colleagues.

As Restaurant Servers, they are responsible for creating positive guest interactions while serving patrons in a friendly and efficient manner, playing a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare workstations before and after shifts, completing assigned tasks to focus fully on guest service.
  • Engage effectively with customers, assisting them with their food and beverage choices.
  • Oversee tables and enhance the overall guest experience.

  • Relay orders to the kitchen and bar by accurately recording guests' selections and accommodating special dietary needs.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to create memorable experiences for guests.
  • Familiarity with the restaurant's menu and enthusiasm for our offerings.
  • Strong communication skills with team members and management to ensure exceptional service.
  • Good judgment and a flexible attitude.
  • Must possess all necessary food and alcohol certifications as required by the location.

  • Extended periods of standing and walking throughout the restaurant.
  • Fast-paced, hands-on role.
  • Dining areas are both indoor and outdoor, with lighting maintained at a low level.
