Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight - Direct major projects within the core healthcare sector, acting as the liaison to stakeholders and ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion. You will hold direct accountability for the success of these projects while managing a team of Project Managers.
  • Client Relations and Business Growth - Post-project completion, leverage existing relationships to secure new projects, with support from the estimating team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Contract Negotiation - Engage in negotiations with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management on the General Contractor side, particularly with large-scale healthcare projects valued at $200M or more.
  • Proven experience with top ENR General Contractors.
  • Demonstrated stability in employment, having spent at least 5 years with the same organization.
  • Experience across various ground-up construction markets.
