Job Title: Commercial Roofing Canvasser

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Roofing Canvasser to join our team at Progressive Roofing. As a Commercial Roofing Canvasser, you will be responsible for generating leads and identifying potential new clients through door-to-door canvassing efforts. You will represent our company professionally, educate site contacts and property owners about our company and services, and secure roof evaluations for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing in commercial areas to generate leads and identify potential new clients.
  • Engage with property owners, building managers, and other decision-makers to introduce our company and roofing services.
  • Educate prospects about the benefits of our roofing solutions.
  • Collect contact information and relevant details from interested prospects for follow-up by the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of canvassing activities, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments and ensure a seamless handoff of leads.
  • Represent the company professionally and adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines during canvassing activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
