Rancho Cucamonga, California, United States Bittersweet Encounters Full time
At Bittersweet Encounters, a dynamic and compassionate organization, we prioritize holistic support and ethical integrity to empower individuals and families through therapeutic services. With a focus on mental health and personal growth, we strive to create a supportive environment that encourages our team members to thrive personally and professionally.

As a dedicated Clinical Therapist, you will join our team in a hybrid setting, managing a small caseload of clients and delivering evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic interventions. Your expertise in creating a safe and non-judgmental space will be invaluable in supporting clients through compassionate, client-centered therapy.

Key responsibilities include providing individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions to a caseload of at least 15 clients per week, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor client treatment plans, and engaging in regular supervision and training to enhance clinical skills. For licensed therapists, you will also have the opportunity to assist in clinical supervision of associates and review clinical documentation as needed.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect flexible scheduling to support work-life balance, a retirement plan for long-term financial growth, sick time to ensure well-being, Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to encourage professional development, and clinical supervision to support growth and licensure requirements. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate of $40-$45 per billable hour, offering flexibility and rewarding productivity.

To be successful in this role, you will require active registration or licensure as an ASW, AMFT, APC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California, a strong commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care, and excellent communication and documentation skills. Experience with trauma-informed and evidence-based practices is preferred.

Join us in our mission to foster resilience, hope, and change in our community. We value our team's dedication and are committed to creating an environment where you can grow and make a meaningful impact. With a day and evening shift schedule, Monday to Friday, and weekend availability, this role offers flexibility and autonomy. If you are passionate about supporting clients through compassionate, client-centered therapy, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
