The ideal candidate will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the diverse needs of our patient population. Key responsibilities include:

  • Forming excellent provider-patient relationships and coordinating care with external providers
  • Conducting outpatient psychiatric evaluations and providing ongoing medication management
  • Participating in graduate student training and development programs
  • Screening and assessing patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
  • Providing treatment using evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy
  • Systematically tracking treatment response and monitoring patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications

You'll have opportunities to represent the practice in community presentations and lectures. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
  • A clear, active, and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in the state of practice

The estimated salary for this position is $58,300 to $114,300 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
