About the Role

NASC GLOBAL is seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Architecture Professional to join their growing team in Monterey, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and oversee healthcare projects of varying sizes, from feasibility through construction administration.
  • Coordinate design phases, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
  • Manage bid period activities and construction administration, including site visits and coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, governing authorities, stakeholders, and internal team members.
  • Provide clear and effective communication with all parties throughout project lifecycle.
  • Lead project delivery efforts, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules.
  • Mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Architectural from an accredited university.
  • Architectural license required (California licensure preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of architectural experience, including small- and large-scale projects.
  • At least 5 years of recent experience with OSHPD/HCAI preferred.
  • Proven ability to oversee project delivery from inception to completion.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Compensation Package

A competitive compensation package ranging from $130,000 to $160,000, commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set.
