Executive Pastry Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team at Velocity Enterprises.

**Responsibilities:**

• Independently manage the pastry department, ensuring high-quality products and efficient operations.

• Develop and execute production and preparation of desserts, cakes, and sweets, meeting the highest standards of presentation and taste.

• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and visually appealing desserts for à la carte, menu, and buffet offerings.

• Receive and inspect goods, ensuring proper storage and inventory management.

• Conduct continuous quality control and assurance in the F&B area, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.

• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

**Requirements:**

• Completed apprenticeship as a cook or equivalent experience.

• Passion for sweets and desserts, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

• Strong coordination and understanding skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Open to new challenges and eager to learn, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

• Proficient in German language skills, with knowledge of English an advantage.

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with a rotating schedule.
