Job Description:
As a Retail Associate at our Nike Factory Store in Kansas City, you will be the face of Nike, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every athlete who walks through our doors has an unforgettable experience. Your enthusiasm, knowledge, and passion for Nike products will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized product recommendations and expert advice to customers
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Nike products, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Create visually appealing store displays and ensure a clean and organized shopping environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive business results
• Stay up-to-date on product launches, promotions, and events to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds
