Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and manage patients with common acute conditions, illnesses, or minor injuries in collaboration with supervising physicians.

• Work alongside physicians to manage the healthcare of patients with chronic conditions.

• Provide education to patients and their families regarding preventive care, health-promoting behaviors, medical concerns, and prescribed treatments.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and legible medical records.

• Document all patient evaluations, diagnoses, treatments, outcomes, and referrals comprehensively.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.

• Prescribe medications in accordance with licensure regulations.

• Assist in the evaluation of patient records by physicians as per established protocols and implement feedback received.

• Advocate for preventive and health maintenance care, including annual assessments, positive health practices, and self-care education through counseling.
