Core Responsibilities:

  • Project Scoping: Engage in comprehensive project scoping activities, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensuring precise documentation of project scope, objectives, and deliverables to facilitate successful project execution. Lead the development of Requests for Information (RFI) to clarify project scope and manage requests for changes (RFCs) and change orders efficiently.
  • Project Scheduling: Develop, present, and manage project timelines, proactively identifying risks and implementing strategies to ensure timely project completion. Work closely with project engineers to define and monitor tasks and milestones.
  • Budget Management: Implement best practices for budget planning, monitoring, and control throughout the project lifecycle. This includes preparing detailed budget estimates, tracking expenditures, timely invoicing, and adopting cost-effective measures to maintain financial integrity.
  • Cost Estimation: Conduct in-depth evaluations of project requirements, resource needs, materials, and potential risks to produce accurate cost estimates. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to refine estimates and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations.
  • Proposal Development: Assess project requirements and work with cross-functional teams to create competitive and persuasive project proposals.
