Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, helping customers shop our store, locate products, and find solutions to their needs.
  • Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience, executing cash handling to standards and engaging customers on the benefits of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
  • Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), and participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
  • Responsible for completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
  • Support shrink and safety programs, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements, and execute Company policies and standards.
  • Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive and respectful, even in difficult situations, and promote commitment to the organization's vision and values.
  • Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
Requirements
  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
Work Environment

Public retail store setting, taking care of our customers, with all public areas climate-controlled. Some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled, and some outdoor work may be assigned to retrieve shopping carts or unload trucks. The Frame shop contains glass cutters and heat presses, and work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
