Job Summary

The Desert Highlands Association is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Valet to join our team. As a Valet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience at our private residential community in N. Scottsdale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to members and guests, including greeting and assisting with parking and retrieving vehicles.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with personal belongings and provide directions to various areas of the clubhouse.
  • Respond to member and guest inquiries related to Club policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the Club.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; one to three months of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Valid AZ driver's license and a history of safe driving required; 3-year clean MVR preferred.
  • Must be 19 years of age for insurability purposes.
  • Ability to operate and drive safely automatic and manual automobiles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and professional image.
  • Self-motivated and customer service-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Reliable and predictable attendance, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

The Valet will work in a busy golf club environment, with frequent exposure to outside weather conditions, including high temperatures. The employee will be required to stand, walk, run, and lift 25 to 50 pounds periodically throughout the shift.
