Our Bed Bug Technician role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who want to make a difference where our customers live and work. As a key member of our team, you will learn to deliver timely, safe, and effective pest control service for each established and new residential customer on an assigned route.

This includes completing regular inspections to ensure continued service effectiveness and to communicate effectively with customers before and after services are performed to advise them of findings and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely, safe, and effective pest control service for each established and new customer on assigned route
  • Complete quarterly/annual inspections to ensure continued service efficacy and identify/document any concerning conditions
  • Advise customers of service work completed, summarize concerning conditions, relate recommended solutions/benefits, gain commitment, and collaborate with other team members on needed follow-ups
  • Maintain safe and clean vehicle/equipment and ensure sufficient quantities of product to meet route service needs
  • Maintain proactive route schedule management, partnering with management and branch support center as needed for any scheduling interventions
  • Satisfactorily complete initial technical training and participate in regular update training to stay current with proven methods and practices
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations
  • Successfully meet pre-employment background screen
  • Possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence and pass motor vehicle record search
  • Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s)

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$65,000, depending on experience and location. This amount includes competitive pay and performance incentives, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to grow their career.
