**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to assist with the management of our restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including supervising Shift Leaders and Team Members.
- Ensure high-quality service, cleanliness, and product quality by implementing effective processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment, promoting excellent communication and teamwork among employees and customers.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or GED preferred; previous experience in fast-food operations and management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Ability to manage cash handling, inventory, and scheduling effectively.
- Basic understanding of sales forecasting, cost control, and profit/loss statements.
- Good vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to perform tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work as part of a team, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
**Work Environment and Conditions:**
- Fast-paced restaurant environment with extreme temperatures and noise levels.
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during 90% of shift time.
- May require working without food or drink during busy periods.
