  • Direct and ensure the efficient operation of the front line and kitchen.
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring quick, efficient service and quality products.
  • Maintain knowledge and operation of all equipment and operations.
  • Create and maintain a positive and cooperative atmosphere among employees and customers.
Requirements
  • Skillful leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of kitchen food preparation, register equipment operation, and crew employment procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
