AGRICULTURE EQUIPMENT SHOP TECHNICIAN

Are you passionate about working on equipment and developing your skills as a mechanic? Pape' Machinery, Inc. is seeking a Shop Technician to join their team in Tangent, OR.


As a Shop Technician, you will work on agriculture equipment in the shop, ensuring equipment repairs are done accurately and timely. You will be part of a team that has all the support and resources needed to perform top-notch work on equipment.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:


Repair and maintain agriculture equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems, and air conditioning systems.


Work independently with minimal supervision, using your problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.


Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and uptime.


WHAT YOU NEED:


  • 3 or more years of experience working on small engines and agricultural equipment.
  • A team-oriented personality with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

COMPENSATION:

$20+/hr (depending on experience)
