Job Title: Retail Merchandising Specialist - Hawaii

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team in Kapaa, HI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing merchandising resets, building retail displays, and merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivating relationships with in-store management to ensure successful execution of merchandising programs
  • Executing merchandising resets to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Building retail displays that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks to maximize sales
  • Implementing plan-o-grams to optimize product placement and visibility
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail merchandising or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive hand movements
