Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will use your knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Your customer-focused approach will help you establish strong relationships with clients and identify their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed.
  • Use your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies.
  • Develop leads through referrals, cold calls, and other sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell State Farm insurance products to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop leads.
