We are currently in search of an enthusiastic and skilled Event Coordination Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning and execution of remarkable events that leave lasting impressions on our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in proactive outreach to local communities to secure entertainment events.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with businesses, organizations, and individuals to generate new event opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, ensuring all communications are addressed within 24 hours.
  • Assist in the marketing and promotion of events through various channels.
  • Develop promotional materials and strategies to attract guests and clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Provide tailored recommendations and solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Create comprehensive event plans, including timelines, schedules, and checklists.
  • Coordinate all elements of the event from conception to execution.
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring they are organized and visually appealing.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance guest experiences.
  • Anticipate potential challenges and proactively devise solutions to mitigate disruptions.
  • Manage last-minute changes or emergencies with composure and efficiency.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Uphold a respectful and dignified environment for all team members and clients.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • A degree in hospitality management, event planning, marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, guests, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to handle multiple events and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with marketing and communication platforms.
  • Basic financial acumen to manage event budgets and track expenses efficiently.
  • A creative approach to developing unique event concepts and enhancing guest experiences.
  • A valid driver's license may be necessary for travel between locations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
