We are seeking a confident and motivated individual who can engage new prospects, build strong relationships in the community, and provide trusted advice to customers. As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase customer understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships.

The responsibilities of this role include achieving sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers, identifying and qualifying sales leads, helping protect customers by offering Allstate products, serving the local community, educating prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets, and providing a positive customer experience.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong interest in sales, no prior insurance experience required, and a willingness to obtain necessary licenses. You should also be able to work independently, multitask, follow through, and follow-up, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
