About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Insurance Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at Stress Less Financial. As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing them with expert guidance on life and health insurance options to meet their unique needs and goals.

Responsibilities
  • Client-Centric Focus: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and tailoring solutions to address their individual requirements.
  • Prospecting and Networking: Generate leads through various channels, including warm referrals, networking events, and online platforms.
  • Customized Solutions: Design and implement comprehensive insurance plans that provide peace of mind for clients.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Continuous Learning: Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in training, workshops, and certifications to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive to excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Life and Health Insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain them).
