What will your responsibilities include?

Sales Development:

  • Assist clients in understanding our range of products and services.
  • Engage with potential customers to address any hesitations.
  • Facilitate the explanation and execution of lease agreements.

Customer Support:

  • Address customer inquiries and provide clear answers to their questions.
  • Manage customer complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Contact tenants regarding overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain open communication with other departments to foster teamwork.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to build trust and reliability.

Facility Upkeep:

  • Ensure cleanliness of storage units for incoming customers.
  • Maintain a tidy environment in both the office and property.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure functionality.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Occasionally transport cash deposits to the bank.
  • Complete necessary paperwork, including tenant communications and reports.

What qualifications are we looking for?

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential.
  • Experience in the storage rental industry is preferred, but customer service management experience is also valuable.
  • Availability during business hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary for daily tasks.
  • Ability to work independently or within a small team is important.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform regular property walks is required.
