Downtown Revitalization Manager

**Company Overview:**
Renton Downtown Partnership, a proud Main Street Affiliate, is seeking an experienced Downtown Revitalization Manager to lead our organization. We are dedicated to revitalizing Renton's historic downtown core and creating a vibrant social, cultural, and economic center.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in economic or community development, with experience in leadership, event planning, governmental work, public relations, or project management. They will be skilled in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and community collaboration, with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The Downtown Revitalization Manager will be responsible for communicating RDP's mission, vision, and goals to the public, media, and stakeholders. They will build and maintain relationships across local governments, business owners, and the community, and work with the RDP Board to plan and execute the annual budget, expand revenue sources, and ensure effective use of resources.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising and working with a board of directors to develop successful strategies. They will be able to recruit, supervise, and motivate volunteers and staff while maintaining a positive working environment, and demonstrate a commitment to historic preservation and self-motivated independent work.

This position requires occasional travel and may regularly require evening and weekend work. The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 per year, plus an annual benefit stipend.
