Job Title: Toddler Teacher

This position is responsible for providing high-quality care and education to toddlers aged 18-36 months. The ideal candidate will plan and implement engaging activities that promote social, physical, and cognitive growth in young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment that supports the overall well-being of children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective program
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to share progress and concerns
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with young children in an early childhood setting
  • First Aid/CPR certification and Food Handler's certification
  • Health Determination/TB Skin Test and Fingerprint Background Check
  • Bilingual ability (Spanish/English) is preferred
