We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at HCA HealthONE Presbyterian/St. Luke's. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' internal organs and tissues. Your expertise will be essential in assisting physicians in diagnosing medical issues.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CT scanners to produce cross-sectional images of patients' internal organs and tissues.
- Position patients to capture the appropriate images, ensuring accurate and safe scanning procedures.
- Administer contrast materials as required, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain CT equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients, medical staff, and colleagues to ensure seamless patient care.
- Graduate of a 24-month AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
- Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in CT.
- 1 year of diagnostic experience, with CT experience preferred.
- Solid to expert knowledge of all CT procedures.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required.
