Physician Empire seeks a dynamic physician executive to join their organization as Chief Medical Officer (CMO) in New York's Capital District. This key role will provide medical leadership for the large, multi-specialty medical group and serve as a key member of the senior leadership team.

As a CMO, you will partner closely with the Group President and executives to implement the provider strategy and drive transition into a regional, fully integrated healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Medical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the medical staff.
  2. Quality, Safety, and Clinical Operations: Develop and implement initiatives to improve quality and safety standards.
  3. Strategy and Development: Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans.
  4. Medical Staff Affairs: Foster a positive working relationship between physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  5. Financial Management: Collaborate with finance teams to manage budgets and resources.
