Head Teller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Teller to join our team at BankFirst Financial Services. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for supervising teller staff and managing the vault.

• Supervise and manage teller staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
• Monitor and verify the accuracy, quality, and quantity of work performed by teller staff.
• Manage the vault and ensure the safe and secure handling of cash and other assets.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Train and develop teller staff on products, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with annual employee reviews and performance evaluations.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service targets.

• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of teller functions, customer service skills, and money handling experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time-management and organization skills.
• Proficient PC and technical skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
