Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Installation and Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance, commissioning, and servicing of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, VRV systems, boilers, pumps, and associated equipment and controls.
  • System Start-up and Commissioning: Start up and commission new HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with fellow technicians, engineers, managers, and clients.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: Associate's Degree or equivalent from a Technical/Trade School with a Certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
  • Technical Aptitude and Work Ethic: Strong technical aptitude and a solid work ethic.
  • Experience and Training: Factory training provided; experience in commercial HVAC systems is a plus.
Benefits
  • Full-time Position: Full-time position with a guaranteed 40 hours per week.
  • Performance-based Incentive Plan: Performance-based incentive plan.
  • Vacation and PTO: 1 to 3 weeks of vacation per year, increasing with tenure, and additional PTO: 4 hours each month after 90 days' employment.
  • Health Insurance: 1/2 Health insurance paid (employee or family).
  • Eligibility for Health Insurance Plan: Eligibility for health insurance plan after 90-day probation, including long-term disability coverage and term life insurance paid by the company.
