As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, including preparing and reviewing ledger entries, regulatory reporting, and liaising for the annual audit. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial results for management and US GAAP reporting.
  • Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with balance sheet reconciliation requirements across the organization.
  • Reconcile and eliminate intercompany balances.
  • Collaborate with the tax department to ensure accurate accounting for income taxes per GAAP and compliance with federal and state/local tax requirements.
  • Prepare technical accounting memos as necessary.
  • Serve as a liaison between the accounting team and external auditors.
  • Supervise the Accounting team, providing regular feedback to support professional development.

Requirements
Education/License Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • CPA certification preferred.

General Experience Requirements:
  • 7+ years of increasing responsibilities in an accounting/financial reporting role, including public accounting experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Advanced technical accounting knowledge and skill.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines; self-motivated; resourceful.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – ability to articulate complex accounting concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 per year, based on location and experience.
