Key Responsibilities- Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
- Facilities Management: Coordinate with licensed contractors and vendors to repair and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
- Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the grounds of our facility, including snow removal and other weather-related tasks.
- Emergency Response: Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations, including building automation systems and fire/life safety systems.
- Security: Monitor transient activity and mall customers to maintain a secure environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of engineering policies, procedures, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and electrical systems.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a typical maintenance environment, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing manual dexterity tasks.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with fellow associates, managers, and outside representatives.
- Qualifications: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background screening.
