Position Overview:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Sandstone Brigham City plays a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and collaborative environment, where our staff can thrive and provide the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal delivery, mobility support, and hydration.
  • Support personal hygiene needs of residents.
  • Administer adjunct care such as ice packs, non-sterile dressings, and therapeutic baths.
  • Monitor and record vital signs and other essential information in patient charts.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
  • Adhere to all professional standards and comply with relevant regulations.
  • Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team promptly.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a CNA.
  • Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
  • Must successfully pass background screening and drug testing.
  • Active and non-probationary CNA license in Utah.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Physical ability to lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
