Your responsibilities will include providing personal care such as grooming and bathing, assisting patients with eating, monitoring and reporting vital signs, and aiding in patient mobility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to patients, including grooming and bathing
  • Assist patients with eating and drinking
  • Monitor and report vital signs, such as temperature and blood pressure
  • Aid in patient mobility, including transfers between wheelchairs and beds
  • Adjust patients' positioning in bed to prevent bedsores and enhance comfort
Requirements
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice
  • Home Health and/or Hospice experience as a CNA preferred
  • Ability to utilize a full range of movement to transfer patients
  • Effective verbal and written communication and time management skills
  • Valid Driver's License (clean record) and reliable transportation
  • Proof of current auto insurance and registration
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Current CPR Certification (we can help) and Negative TB Test (we can test)
