Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic cardiac sonography procedures to assess cardiac structures and hemodynamics in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
- Conduct echocardiography procedures, including two-dimensional transthoracic echocardiograms, exercise/dobutamine stress echocardiograms, agitated saline (bubble) studies, and UEA (ultrasound enhancing agent) echocardiograms.
- Perform vascular studies, including venous duplex lower extremities, arterial duplex lower extremities, identification of venous insufficiency, and DVT.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques to provide exceptional patient outcomes.
- Graduate from an accredited Cardiac Sonography Program.
- RCS-Registered Cardiac Sonographer.
- AEC-Adult Echocardiography Certification.
- AHA BLS.
