About the Opportunity
Campus Advantage is seeking a results-driven Residential Sales Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the leasing efforts, developing marketing strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing Efforts: Lead the leasing team, develop and implement marketing strategies, and drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents, including conducting property tours, assisting with lease signings, and resolving issues promptly.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement annual marketing plans to increase occupancy rates and renewal rates.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in Student Housing.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and Entrata.
Compensation: This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, bonus eligibility, and opportunities for advancement and growth.
