Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Media Coordinator to enhance our marketing and communication initiatives via social media. This role involves creating engaging content, designing graphics, scheduling posts, and editing videos, photos, and text. The successful candidate will analyze data, report metrics, and track engagement across all social platforms. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to build a holistic approach to promoting Oak View Group.
Key Responsibilities- Amplify OVG marketing and corporate communication initiatives via social media
- Coordinate and assist in the production of social media posts, including creating copy, designing graphics, and posting/scheduling social media posts
- Provide data analysis, metric reporting, and track social media engagement across all platforms
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to build a holistic approach to promoting Oak View Group
- Assist with management of the master content calendar and content planning
- Maintain social communications and relationships across all platforms
- Monitor and respond to patron inquiries on all digital channels
- Bachelor's degree
- Organizational skills are a must
- 3-5 years of experience in social media preferred
- A strong eye for layout, composition, and aesthetics
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use utmost discretion when privy to sensitive information
- Self-directed and able to work independently, while also flourishing in a fast-paced collaborative team environment
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Proven track record of balancing multiple projects simultaneously
- High level of focus on KPIs, understanding the goals, tracking, and hitting of KPIs
- Strong sense of creativity and organization
- Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the company's success
- Team player with excellent time-management skills
