Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Department Manager to lead our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on underground utilities, power, and natural gas.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily construction requirements and ensure smooth operations
• Manage underground utilities, power, and natural gas aspects of projects
• Resolve contracts and manage change orders
• Provide executive reporting on project progress, budget, and other key metrics
• Implement and manage change within the organization to meet project goals
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards across all projects
• Provide exceptional client support, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns
• Manage project schedules, ensuring timelines are met and projects are delivered on time
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and financial efficiency
• Oversee plumbing works, ensuring they meet industry standards and project specifications
• Manage supervisors and other staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on underground utilities, power, and natural gas
• Proven experience in resolving contracts and managing change orders
• Strong expertise in executive reporting and managing daily construction requirements
• Demonstrated ability in change management and vendor management
• Exceptional client support skills, with a focus on providing high-quality service
• A strong understanding of quality control processes within the construction industry
• Experience in managing project schedules and budgets
• Expertise in plumbing and other key construction areas
• Proven experience in managing supervisors and leading teams
• Strong forecasting skills, with the ability to accurately predict project needs and potential challenges
