Key Responsibilities:

  5. Excellent communication skills, particularly with diverse populations.
  6. Experience in supervising and training staff effectively.
  7. Proficient in preparing and maintaining reports and documentation.
  8. Sound judgment in decision-making processes.
  9. Ability to pass background checks as required.
  10. Proficient in relevant computer systems and office equipment.
  11. Dependable with a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
  12. Approachable demeanor with strong listening skills.

  14. Staff must remain alert and present during shifts.

Work Environment:

This role may involve physical tasks such as cleaning and moving objects. The work environment may present risks that require adherence to safety protocols, including managing challenging behaviors.
