Responsibilities:

  • Develop and test on-road all-electric range for Hyundai/Kia/Genesis electric and fuel cell electric vehicles powertrains
  • Calibrate range prediction (DTE) for battery electric and fuel cell electric vehicles for US production models
  • Conduct extreme weather testing for battery electric and fuel cell electric vehicles
  • Design and develop big data processing and analysis tools to identify key vehicle development and improvement items
  • Develop on-road range simulation tools to improve and predict vehicle range
  • Research and analyze market and technology trends
  • Monitor the current state of the art in North American market light-duty vehicle electrified powertrains
  • Summarize and report findings
  • Conduct competitor vehicle research and benchmark testing
  • Support SAE Light Duty Vehicle Performance and Test standard committee as needed
  • Develop and implement prototype battery electric and fuel cell electric vehicle instrumentation

Qualifications:
