  • Develop and implement strategies to increase throughput while controlling inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to identify goals that align with company vision and direction.
  • Lead by example and work with the team to understand their role and exhibit the company's core values.
  • Communicate with leaders and departments to ensure all team members are clear on expectations and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Hire, evaluate, and develop warehouse staff, including interviewing, hiring, and new employee onboarding.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement projects that align with company goals.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment, identify and resolve safety concerns, and participate in corrective and preventative action activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Business Administration, or equivalent work history.
  • 3+ years of warehouse experience.
  • 5+ years of successfully leading a team.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of business efficiencies, FTE, and machine optimization metrics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and other similar software.
