About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled LPN-ACUTE Nurse to join our team at Levindale Hospital. As a member of our Brain Health Unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current LPN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience working in a medical-surgical or acute care setting preferred.
