About This Opportunity:

We have an exciting opening for a Litigation Legal Assistant to join our team at a prestigious law firm in San Diego. As a key member of our litigation support team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our attorneys, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
  • Develop and implement efficient filing systems and maintain organized workflows
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication with colleagues, attorneys, and external contacts

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a legal assistant in a law firm or similar environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities and multitasking capabilities
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong adaptability and proactive mindset

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
