As a Project Engineer II, you will play a key role in supporting project managers in coordinating projects by utilizing engineering skills, labor, equipment, materials, tools, and subcontracted services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating field labor, provide labor feedback, procure equipment and subcontractors, manage document control, coordinate design, trade, and subcontractors.
  • Financial Management: Support budget analysis, cost, and margin projections, help develop project schedules.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of related experience for Project Engineer I, 3-5 years of related experience for Project Engineer II.
  • Skills: Basic skills in JDE (job cost reports, labor feedback entry, purchase order entry), basic HVAC design knowledge (equipment types, system operations), ability to read mechanical and plumbing drawings, competency in business writing and public speaking, proficiency in Microsoft Office, effective communication skills for vendor and supplier management.
