Key Responsibilities:

As a Cloud Financial Planning and Analysis Consultant at Diverse Lynx LLC, you will be responsible for the functional ownership of Oracle EPM Cloud solution on FCCS/EPBCS/ARCS/ESG modules. This includes understanding business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and preparing functional solution specifications. You will also be responsible for preparing functional design documents, liaising with business and technical SMEs, and coordinating development activities with the technical team. Additionally, you will conduct key user training, perform functional testing of the application, and reconcile financial modules between AS IS and TO BE processes. You will also support user acceptance testing and roll out, and be responsible for change management initiatives, including validation of user manuals, user-specific trainings, and EPM awareness sessions.
